OPATT Membership Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with OPATT ("we," "us," or "our"), a private men-only club dedicated to promoting positive mental wellbeing through bespoke, enriching experiences. By applying for or continuing as a member, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is open exclusively to individuals who identify as male and are over the age of 30.
All applications are subject to review and approval by OPATT's membership committee.
Membership is non-transferable.

3. Membership Tiers and Fees

OPATT offers various membership tiers with associated benefits, which may include access to curated events, retreats, content, and community spaces.
Membership fees are payable annually or monthly, as selected during registration. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
Fees may be reviewed and updated; members will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to uphold the values of OPATT, including:

Respect and confidentiality: Members must respect the privacy of others and keep shared personal information confidential.
Inclusivity and kindness: While OPATT is a men-only space, it is inclusive in spirit, promoting compassion, emotional growth, and mutual respect.
Zero tolerance: Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

5. Events and Experiences

Events are designed to promote mental wellbeing, personal growth, and meaningful connection. They may include workshops, retreats, discussions, and social gatherings.
Members must RSVP and pay any applicable fees to secure attendance.
Cancellation policies for events will be outlined per event.

6. Privacy and Data Use

OPATT collects and stores personal data in line with applicable data protection laws.
We use member information to manage your membership, communicate updates, and tailor experiences. We will never sell your data.

7. Termination and Suspension

Members may cancel their membership at any time with written notice. In the event of cancellation, membership will terminate at the end of the active membership period. For the avoidance of doubt, no pro-rata refunds are given.
OPATT reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breaches of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the club's ethos. In the event of termination due to a breach, membership will be revoked immediately. For the avoidance of doubt, no pro-rata refunds are given for termination due to a breach.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of any changes and continued membership will signify acceptance.
